Where do we get the perspectives we carry through life and adopting Agreement #1 "Be Impeccable with Your Word" functions to help us learn & PRACTICE:
*Speaking with integrity
*Avoiding the use of words to speak against yourself or to gossip about others
*Saying only what you mean
*Using the power of your words in the direction of truth and kindness
Week #2
We'll tease apart Agreement #2 "Don't Take Anything Personally".
*What others do isn't about you even though it feels like it when they're they're lashing out.
Agreement #3 "Don't Make Assumptions"
*We do this all the time, it's so automatic. We ASSUME we understand what's going on in someone else's life, and don't even realize we are fitting them into our view of the world.
Week #3
Agreement #4 "Always Do Your Best" and how to integrate these powerful agreements.
*Always Do Your Best - isn't what we learned in school, it goes beyond that to allow the other three agreements to become deeply ingrained habits.
*Doing your best also means, "Doing your best” means you can take action and enjoy what you do and the process behind it because you've learned how to leave the critical inner voice behind.

We'll be exploring how the ideas we learned early in life affect today's perceptions and can be the source of self-limiting beliefs that rob us of joy and create needless suffering.
We'll use the wisdom of "The Four Agreements" to offer a powerful code of conduct that can rapidly transform our lives into a new experience of freedom, true happiness, and love. Using these practices can have a profound impact including improved communication, relationship development with self and others, faith, personal empowerment, and confidence.
I'll be referring to the book called, "The 4 Agreements" by Don Miguel Ruiz. Reading the book is not required, come and enjoy.
